Olibanum Resin

25 grams. Olibanum, also known as Al Luban, or Frankincense, is the aromatic resin of trees of the genus Boswellia. It is one of humankind’s most ancient incenses, having been traded on the Arabian peninsula for at least 5,000 years. One of the component chemicals of Frankincense is Incensole Acetate, which is scientifically proven to reduce anxiety.

Resin incense is usually burned on charcoal tablets, in a censer or thurible. Charcoal tablets can be purchased here.
