1 inch diameter. The swastika is a holy symbol to Hindus, in the same way that the cross is a holy symbol to Christians. It is a symbol that has been widely used, by every group of people on the face of the planet, from Jews to Native Americans, for at least 10,000 years. It has only been within the last 80 years that has meant anything other than peace, love and good luck. It doesn’t just mean “nazi” any more than the cross doesn’t just mean torture. Wearing this Hindu Swastika button is a way of “getting back” at the white supremacist “nazi” freaks, because it is using the symbol in a way that doesn’t mean what they think it means. Isn’t it about time we got back to the original meaning of the symbol, anyway?
