We ship using USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. This means, under most circumstances, your order will be delivered within seven working days. We insure packages whose total order amount is more than $50. If you have a problem with shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can track your package and retrieve your order.
We do ship internationally, however because of the fact that it requires an additional charge depending on what country you're in, we ask that you contact us prior to placing your order, so that the extra charges can be worked out ahead of time.
We accept unopened returns for 30 days post sale, but in eight years of doing business, nobody has returned anything, so we don't worry about it that much.
